  • 400g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.

  3. Spread the sprouts evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are slightly burnt and crispy.

  4. Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and sesame seeds.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
