Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- Zest of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 orange
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes, then drain.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the hazelnuts and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes.

Add the cooked Brussels sprouts to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter and hazelnuts.

Stir in the orange zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 5 minutes, until Brussels sprouts are tender.
