Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place them in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.

  5. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble it.

  6. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  7. Add the crumbled bacon and toss to combine.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
