  • 3cupsbroccoli floretssteamed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6ozcheddar cheeseshredded
  • 2tspcorn starch
  • ¾cupevaporated milk


  1. Add the cheese and corn starch to a bowl, then toss to combine.

  2. Place the cheese mixture and evaporated milk in a sauce pan over low heat.

  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese has melted and sauce is smooth and thick.
