How To Make Spaghetti Salad

When you have some leftover spaghetti pasta, you can toss it together with colorful vegetables and a vinaigrette dressing to make this spaghetti salad.

For Spaghetti Salad:

  • 1lbspaghetti
  • ¾longenglish cucumberdiced
  • 1pintgrape tomatoeshalved
  • ½green bell pepperdiced
  • ¼cupsliced pitted olives
  • cupfeta cheesecubed
  • ¼ cupred oniondiced
  • 1tbspFresh Parsley

For Dressing:

  • 1cupbottled Greek vinaigrette dressing

Make Your Own Dressing:

  • ¼cupred wine vinegar
  • cupolive oil
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • 1tsporegano


  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.

  2. Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.

  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
