How To Make Spaghetti Salad
When you have some leftover spaghetti pasta, you can toss it together with colorful vegetables and a vinaigrette dressing to make this spaghetti salad.

Ingredients
For Spaghetti Salad:
- 1lbspaghetti
- ¾longenglish cucumberdiced
- 1pintgrape tomatoeshalved
- ½green bell pepperdiced
- ¼cupsliced pitted olives
- ⅓cupfeta cheesecubed
- ¼ cupred oniondiced
- 1tbspFresh Parsley
For Dressing:
- 1cupbottled Greek vinaigrette dressing
Make Your Own Dressing:
- ¼cupred wine vinegar
- ⅓cupolive oil
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 1tsporegano
Instructions

Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.

Cook spaghetti al dente according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss.
