How To Make Easy Asian Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.

In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.

Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss to combine.
