How To Make Texas Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cabbage is evenly coated.

Add the pickled jalapenos, cilantro, and red onion to the bowl. Mix again until all the ingredients are well combined.
