Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched broccoli, crumbled bacon, raisins, and sunflower seeds.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
