  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 stalks of celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, diced celery, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  3. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
