Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add sliced Brussels sprouts and sauté for 8-10 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled bacon and toasted almonds.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
