How To Make Apple Jicama Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 2 cups julienned jicama
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine jicama, apple, cabbage, cilantro, and red onion.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the jicama mixture and toss well to coat evenly.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
