How To Make Old Fashioned Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and dijon mustard until well combined.

Add cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, and sweet pickle relish to the bowl. Toss until everything is coated in the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend.
