  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup melon balls
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the diced and sliced fruits.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey and lemon juice.

  3. Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.

  4. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
