  • 300g jellyfish, soaked and drained
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and salt. Mix well.

  2. Add the jellyfish into the bowl and toss until well coated in the dressing.

  3. Add the green onions and sesame seeds. Mix everything together.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
