- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions

- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, diced onions, chopped cilantro, and jalapeno pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
