How To Make Yvonne’s Banana Pudding Recipe
A classic southern dessert made with layers of creamy pudding, vanilla wafer cookies, and sliced bananas.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp of cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a saucepan, whisk together milk, sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks.

Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

In a 9×9 inch baking dish, layer sliced bananas and vanilla wafers.

Pour the pudding mixture over the top, covering everything completely.

Chill in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
