  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic, and nutritional yeast.

  2. Pulse until the ingredients are well combined and starting to form a paste-like consistency.

  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the processor is running until the mixture becomes smooth.

  4. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and pulse a few more times to incorporate.
