This Vegan Gingerbread recipe is a delicious and fragrant holiday treat. It’s moist, spiced, and perfect with a warm cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the molasses, maple syrup, applesauce, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
