How To Make Vegan Banana Cupcakes
These delicious vegan banana cupcakes are moist, fluffy, and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of mashed bananas
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vegetable oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each one about 3/4 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
