How To Make Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Recipe
A creamy and dreamy vanilla bean cheesecake with a buttery crust.

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 large eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, flour, and salt with an electric mixer until smooth. Scrape seeds from the vanilla bean and add to cheesecake mixture; beat well.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Pour mixture into crust.

Bake cheesecake for 50 to 55 minutes or until center is almost set.

Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door closed.

Remove cheesecake from oven and finish cooling to room temperature.

Chill cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
