Ingredients

  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over low heat.

  2. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the seeds and pod to the milk.

  3. Stir in the honey, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Continue to heat until the milk is warm and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

  5. Remove the vanilla pod and serve in mugs.
