- 4 cups almond milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

In a small saucepan, gently heat the almond milk over low heat.

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Add the seeds and pod to the milk.

Stir in the honey, cinnamon, and salt.

Continue to heat until the milk is warm and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Remove the vanilla pod and serve in mugs.
