How To Make Turkey escalopes & giant couscous
A delicious and satisfying dish made with tender turkey escalopes and fluffy giant couscous.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 turkey escalopes
- 1 cup giant couscous
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook the giant couscous according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Season the turkey escalopes with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the turkey escalopes to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove the turkey escalopes from the skillet and set aside to rest.

In the same skillet, add the cooked giant couscous and lemon juice. Stir to combine and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve the turkey escalopes on a bed of giant couscous. Garnish with fresh parsley.
