How To Make Slow Cooker Pork Fillet with Apples
Tender pork fillet cooked with sweet apples in a flavorsome slow cooker sauce.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork fillet
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper.

In a slow cooker, combine the apples, onion, garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, and honey.

Place the seasoned pork fillet on top of the apple mixture.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the pork is tender and cooked through.

Remove the pork fillet from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes.

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked apples and onions to a serving dish.
