How To Make Simple Stir-fry Recipe
A quick and easy stir-fry dish packed with fresh vegetables and protein, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.

Add chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add onions, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to coat.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
