How To Make Salt & Vinegar Crisps
A crispy and tangy snack made with potatoes, salt, and vinegar.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

Place the potato slices in a bowl and cover with cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.

Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a large frying pan, heat enough vegetable oil to submerge the potato slices.

Fry the potato slices in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.

In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar and salt.

Sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the hot potato crisps and toss to coat evenly.

Allow the crisps to cool before serving.
