How To Make Ruby Tuesday White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe
A sweet and creamy cheesecake with tangy raspberry swirls and chunks of white chocolate.

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in white chocolate chips. Pour mixture onto crust.

Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam onto cheesecake mixture. Use a knife to swirl raspberry jam into the mixture.

Bake for 1 hour or until the edges are set but center still jiggles slightly. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
