How To Make Roast Chicken Pie
A delicious and comforting dish that combines tender roasted chicken with a savory pie crust.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken broth, flour, milk, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

Place the prepared pie crust over the top of the filling, crimping the edges to seal.

Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
