Ingredients
- 1 pound of chestnuts
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Using a sharp knife, make a small incision on the flat side of each chestnut.

Place the chestnuts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and toss to coat.
