How To Make Quick Fried Rice
A delicious and quick fried rice dish packed with flavors and textures.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Push onion and garlic to one side of the skillet. Pour beaten eggs onto the other side, scramble them, and then mix with the onion and garlic.

Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender.

Add cooked rice to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes, breaking up any clumps.

Pour soy sauce over the rice and stir until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
