How To Make Quick Beef & Broccoli Noodles

A delicious and quick stir-fry dish with tender beef, crisp broccoli, and flavorful noodles.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 8 oz of rice noodles
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for 1 minute.

  5. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.

  6. Return the beef to the skillet and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat.

  7. Add the cooked rice noodles and toss everything together until heated through.

  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
