Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, boneless
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder, making sure to coat it well.

  3. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
