How To Make Prawn Fried Rice
This flavorful and delicious prawn fried rice is a perfect one-dish meal that is quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onions. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add the diced carrots and peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs using a spatula until cooked through.

Increase the heat to high and add the prawns to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and toss well with the vegetables, eggs, and prawns.

Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice mixture. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through.
