How To Make Polenta Chips
Crispy and flavorful, these Polenta Chips make the perfect appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Gradually whisk in polenta, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.

Reduce heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until polenta thickens.

Remove polenta from heat and stir in grated parmesan cheese.

Transfer the polenta mixture onto a greased baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/2 inch thickness.

Allow the polenta to cool and set for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the polenta into thick strips or desired shape.

Place the polenta strips on a greased baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
