How To Make Peanut Butter & Jam Flapjacks

These delicious flapjacks are made with a peanut butter and jam filling, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of jam
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, jam, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

  3. Press the mixture evenly into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
