How To Make Pasta with Tuna & Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add the drained tuna to the skillet and break it up with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
