How To Make Mozzarella Stuffed Crust Pizza
Delicious homemade pizza with a gooey mozzarella stuffed crust, perfect for cheese lovers.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Your choice of pizza toppings (e.g. pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Punch down the risen dough and divide into 4 equal portions.

Take one portion of dough and roll it out into a circle, slightly larger than your pizza pan. Place the pizza pan on top of the dough and trim off any excess.

Place a string cheese along the edge of the dough and fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges to seal. Repeat for the remaining dough portions.

Spread pizza sauce over the crust, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings over the sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
