How To Make Meatball Marinara Fries

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

  5. In the meantime, toss the potato fries with olive oil and spread them on a separate baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

  6. Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

  7. Add the cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce, stirring gently to coat.

  8. Arrange the baked fries on a serving platter and pour the meatball marinara sauce over them.

  9. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

  10. Return the platter to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.

  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
