Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

In the meantime, toss the potato fries with olive oil and spread them on a separate baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce, stirring gently to coat.

Arrange the baked fries on a serving platter and pour the meatball marinara sauce over them.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Return the platter to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
