How To Make Low-Carb Zucchini Pasta

Spiralize the zucchini into noodle shapes using a spiralizer or julienne peeler. Set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.
Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until heated through and slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top of the zucchini noodles. Toss to coat.
Serve the low-carb zucchini pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil.
