  • ½mediumavocado,pitted and peeled
  • 1tbspfresh horseradish,minced, plus more to taste
  • tspworcestershire sauce,plus more to taste
  • 10dashestabasco sauce,plus more to taste
  • tsplemon juice,freshly squeezed, plus more to taste
  • 1tspred onion,finely chopped
  • 1clovegarlic,peeled
  • 1tspnatural salt
  • pinchfreshly ground black pepper,plus more to taste
  • 2cupsice cubes

For Optional boosters:

  • 2tspextra virgin olive oil,cold pressed
  • 1tspchia seeds
  • 1tspgoji powder
