How To Make Low Carb Bacon and Egg Muffins Recipe
Delicious low carb breakfast muffins with crispy bacon and fluffy eggs.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin cups with cooking spray.

Cook bacon slices until crispy, then chop into small pieces.

Crack eggs into a mixing bowl, add shredded cheese, bacon pieces, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20 minutes, until muffins are set and slightly golden.

Let cool for a few minutes, then use a spoon to loosen edges and remove muffins from cups.
