
How To Make Slow Cooker Steak and Veggies
Fancy dinners call for a tender-perfect slow cooker steak, loaded with mouthwatering flavors, and served with crisp veggies and rice for a filling meal!

Ingredients
- 2lbsirloin steak,lean top
- 1large white onion,quartered
- ½cupsoy sauce,low sodium
- ¼cupsesame oil
- 2tbspginger,fresh minced
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- 1lbbrussels sprouts,hulled, halved
- 2red bell peppers,diced
- 2large carrots,diced
- 2cupsbrown rice,cooked
Instructions

Slice the top sirloin steaks into ½-inch thick strips.

Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, onion and meat in a large slow cooker and mix thoroughly.

Place the lid on top. Set the slow cooker on the Low setting for about 3 hours.

Remove the onions from the slow cooker. Pour in the Brussels sprouts, bell pepper, and carrots. Mix thoroughly.

Cook on Low for about 1 hour.

Serve with a portion of brown rice, and enjoy!
