How To Make Slow Cooker Steak and Veggies

Fancy dinners call for a tender-perfect slow cooker steak, loaded with mouthwatering flavors, and served with crisp veggies and rice for a filling meal!

  • 2lbsirloin steak,lean top
  • 1large white onion,quartered
  • ½cupsoy sauce,low sodium
  • ¼cupsesame oil
  • 2tbspginger,fresh minced
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 1lbbrussels sprouts,hulled, halved
  • 2red bell peppers,diced
  • 2large carrots,diced
  • 2cupsbrown rice,cooked


  1. Slice the top sirloin steaks into ½-inch thick strips.

  2. Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, onion and meat in a large slow cooker and mix thoroughly.

  3. Place the lid on top. Set the slow cooker on the Low setting for about 3 hours.

  4. Remove the onions from the slow cooker. Pour in the Brussels sprouts, bell pepper, and carrots. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Cook on Low for about 1 hour.

  6. Serve with a portion of brown rice, and enjoy!
