How To Make Low Carb Instant Pot Chili Recipe

Hearty chili made in the Instant Pot that’s packed with flavor while being low in carbs.

Total: 35 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and cook ground beef until browned.

  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and water.

  4. Close Instant Pot lid and cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes.

  5. Once done, perform a quick release and serve hot.
