Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add sesame oil, garlic, and shrimp, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink and cook through.

  3. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside.

  4. Add broccoli, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the skillet, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender.

  5. Add soy sauce, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, and stir well.

  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well-combined.

  7. Serve hot with your choice of side dish.
