How To Make Easy Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms

Enjoy the minty and earthy flavors of this pesto-stuffed mushrooms, a vegetarian-friendly side that takes only 20 minutes to make!

  • 1lbbaby bella mushrooms,or button
  • ½cuppesto
  • panko breadcrumbs,optional
  • Parmesan,shaved, optional garnish
  • pine nuts,toasted, optional garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, or preheat a smoker.

  2. Carefully remove and discard the stems of the mushrooms, then clean to remove any dirt with a damp cloth.

  3. Fill the mushroom cavity with pesto. Top with a pinch of Panko, if desired.

  4. Bake or smoke for about 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked and the filling is warm.

  5. Garnish with Parmesan and/or toasted pine nuts, and enjoy!
