- 1large pomegranate,seeded
- 1cupyogurt,maple flavored
- ½cupguava juice
- 2cupstropical fruit medley,frozen
Instructions

Place the pomegranate seeds into the bowl of an electric blender. Add the yogurt and blend for a few seconds.

Add the guava juice to the blender, then blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the frozen fruit, a little bit at a time, and process until fully blended.
