This fruity guava smoothie makes a refreshing and healthy drink with the combination of tart pomegranates, creamy yogurt, and sweet guava!

Ingredients

  • 1large pomegranate,seeded
  • 1cupyogurt,maple flavored
  • ½cupguava juice
  • 2cupstropical fruit medley,frozen

Instructions

  1. Place the pomegranate seeds into the bowl of an electric blender. Add the yogurt and blend for a few seconds.

  2. Add the guava juice to the blender, then blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the frozen fruit, a little bit at a time, and process until fully blended.

  3. Serve and enjoy.
