  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until well combined and melted.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the melted cheese mixture and stir until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

  5. Add the eggs to the dough and mix until well combined.

  6. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf shape. Use wet hands to prevent the dough from sticking to your hands.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and firm to the touch.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
