This creamy cucumber tomato salad is tossed with a dash of fresh spices and drizzled with sour cream, mayo, and cider vinegar dressing.

Ingredients

  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1English cucumber
  • ½white onion,sliced
  • fresh herbs,such as parsley, basil and/or dill, for garnish

For Dressing:

  • ¼cupmayonnaise
  • 3tbspsour cream
  • 1tspcider vinegar
  • ½tspsugar
  • ¼tspgarlic powder
  • ½tbspfresh dill
  • ½tbspfresh parsley
  • ½tbspfresh basil
  • ¼tspseasoned salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

  2. Dice tomatoes and cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Add vegetables and dressing into a medium-sized bowl.

  4. Toss well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 3 days.
