Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add the melted butter and almond milk to the whisked eggs and mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the egg mixture, stirring well after each addition.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
