  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
