How To Make Homemade Rosemary Crackers

These homemade rosemary crackers are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for snacking or serving with a cheese platter.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Sea salt, for topping

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and rosemary. Add in the olive oil and water, and stir until a dough forms.

  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it’s about 1/8 inch thick. Cut the dough into small rectangles or desired shapes.

  4. Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
